First, what is the formula for volume and area of a box?
Volume is base times width times height. Area is ???? can't remember?
length x width
Yeah? I'm still at a loss. So how do I get the amount needed for the sand? The volume would be 125 cubic feet. And the area would be 25sq ft. Now what?
Okay, so length times width times 1.05 (height) gives us 26.25 cubic feet of sand.
