someone help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im unsure of what its asking for, the wording is weird, does it want the co-efficient of the x^2 term?

OpenStudy (toxicsugar22):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, if you multiply out the brackets and simplify you get: 8-8x- 4x^2 + 7x^3 -2x^4 so for the x^2 it's 4. Is this what you're looking for?

OpenStudy (toxicsugar22):

yes

OpenStudy (toxicsugar22):

can u also help me with one more

you get \[4 + 9x^{2} - 6x ^{4} + 3x ^{6} + 2x ^{8} \] which will give you co-efficients of 4, 0 and -9 if you include \[x ^{0}\] as a term

OpenStudy (toxicsugar22):

thats the answer
