need help factor 6c^2-6q^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if you factor out a 6 first, you get 6(c^2-q^2). the quantity is a difference of 2 squares, so you get 6(c-q)(c+q). hope that helps

this is what i have so far 6(c^2-q^2) c^2=c q^2=q

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6c^2-6q^2 6(c+q)(c-q)
