Prokaryotic cells have a only a cell wall, flagella, and DNA. When a Eukaryotic cell has no flagella, but has all of the organelles and a nucleus.
Prokaryotic cells lack organelles while Eukaryotic cells have them.
Prokaryotic cells don't necessarily have a flagella. Truthfully, the main difference is the presence of organelles (eukaryotes have them while prokaryotes do not). Some eukaryotic cells, such as plant cells, have cell walls, so I would stay away from that answer.
prokaryotes are more primative cells, they lack organelles (membrane bound structures) except for in some cases ribosomes, the is no nucleus but DNA is in the cytoplasm. Prokayotes are the bacteria and archea. Cell walls are present but not all have flagella. Eukaryotes are more complex cells and have membrane bound organelles, a NUCLEUS in the cytoplasm some have cell walls--all organisms except bacteria and archea are eukaryotic.
