Note the largest angle will be opposite the longest side.

Law of cosines..15^2=(7^2)+(13^2)-(2*7*13cos(a))....solve for a and that gives you the angle corresponding the the side 15. Then you can either do that for the other side as well of use the law of sines to find the another angle. Once you find a second angle. you can use the fact that the interior angles in a triangle sum to 180 degrees to find the third.
