Hi, Could you please help me with the following question that I've been struggling to answer? A carnival wheel moves in a vertical circle. The radius of the wheel is 8M. What will be the angular velocity of the wheel if the rider's weight doubles when the car the rider is in reaches the bottom of the wheel's excursion. Thank You

You haven't given enough information to actually solve this, but it sounds like a conservation of energy and/or momentum problem. So (radius)x(mass)x(velocity) = constant, and (mass)x(gravitational constant)x(height) + (1/2)x(mass)x(velocity)^2 = constant.
