Which is the best book on differential equations for the physics students at the undergraduate level?

I guess it would depend on how much Diff Eq you want and why you want it... for independent study of basic diff eq, I really liked the Diff Eq section in my multivariate calculus book by Stewart (I have a prior version), but it only covered about 1/4 of what we covered in my Diff Eq course that used Blanchard Diff Eq.
