you have a function, sqrt(u) and its derivative, 1/2(u^-1/2) present (differs by a constant), that should tell you what to substitute and what its derivative will be.

oh okay I just substituted x but i should substitute sqrt(x) but then don't I still end up with a division/multiplication problem that i have to find the anti-derivative of? do i know how to do that?
