So i did another one of those problems., amd the answer i came up with in the end is not one of my options.... >.< It will be attached in my comment :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The options are: A) x = 4 B) x = 8 C) x = 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this one is much easier. \[\frac{x}{4}=\frac{x-2}{3}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ik because you multiply by the LCM.... bu i got an uneven answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that it? if so cross multiply to get \[3x=4x-8\] and therefore \[x=8\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alrighty :) Thanks! Sowee im taking so long to answer im using my crappy computer and its like RLY slowwwww >.<

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the check is easy: \[\frac{8}{4}=\frac{8-2}{3}=\frac{1}{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okaaayyyy
