cos²β(1+tan²β)=1. Have to show this is an identity.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

1+tan^2 = sec^2 for starters :) and sec^2 = 1/cos^2 cos^2 ----- = 1 cos^2

OpenStudy (amistre64):

or you could just distribute it thru and get: cos^2 + sin^2 = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you make it look so easy

OpenStudy (amistre64):

lol..... i blam ethe guys who invented it ;)
