Integrate 3 sin x I know sin x would be - cos x maybe this is not so hard.... chain rule - cos (x); x would just = 1 but it turned into a three. So is the answer - cos (3x)?

how would you take derivative of -3cosx wouldn't you just bring the constant down and take derivative of cosx

because it's a constant. similar to differentiation

that dang +c I actually write it out at the end of the problem and circle it before I even start. So the smart monkey would kick the 3 outside the integration symbol before even starting?
