I know practice but i don't know how

In general, you learn maths by first understanding the concepts, then usually looking at a few examples, and then trying the questions yourself. If you have a good book, this should be an OK method. For most people, there is not much else.

And then if there are certain things you still don't understand you should ask someone. I guess normally this would be a teachers, but you could probably ask someone else, or on here.

And also, what sort of Maths in in a PTCB exam? (I have never heard of it before)

PTCB is pharmacy technician certification exam to be a certified technician it has lots of conversions on their but they tend to put extra items in the questions that they make you confused about 90 question exam not all math but 50% of it is

This site is 'open' 24 hours a day (though the amount of people online varies at different times)

is it okay to look at the answer on how they got the answer and study the steps that way

Yes that is (generally) what you should do first (as long as you have other similar questions which you try yourself without looking at the answer first)

I have a review of questions about 300 of them first then answers they shows steps on how they got the answers and then in the back another 300 similar to the review but only with answers

In my opinion, you should look at some examples/steps to understand the method first, then try some without answers (which have steps if you get stuck), then when you are more confident the ones without steps (but you could still ask someone for help if you get stuck).
