if g=(6,3) e=(4, -1) r=-17,7) m=(-9,3), calculate if ge is parallel, perpendicular, or neither, why? what is the calculation?

Your question is not very clear. I can guess what you mean, but the question seems incomplete. ge parallel , perp to what? Write the question word for word as given to you.

If g=(6,3), e=(4, -1), r=(-17,7) and m=(-9,3) calculate if line ge is parallel, perpendicular, or niether to line mr. show your work.

I get it now, but who ever made up the question use m to represent a point. That is a source for confusion because m is commonly used to represent slope. Anyway, You can find line ge and line mr by using the point slope form \[y _{2}- y _{1}=p(x _{2}-x _{1})\]p here is slope. (Like I said it is usually denoted as m, but m is used in your question.)
