such numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,7,9 and there are 7 of them, so \[\frac{7}{10}\]
but it says for ODD numbers.. how does 2 and 4 odd number?
oh because it says odd numbers OR a number less than or equal to 5, and both 2 and 4 fit the second bill.
