is it a divde by 8z? or is the 8z under the radical too?

it all depends on if the 8z is a part of the square root; or simply under it
I think it's under it. The answer in the book is \[x ^{3}y \sqrt{14yz}\] and under it is 4z
just not sure on how they got it...
its a part of it then..... and I typoed that first x; its x^3 ; then they do something called rationalizing the denom becasue they hate to see radicals in the bottom of a fraction
it goes like this: \[\frac{7^{1/2}x^{6/2}y^{3/2}}{8^{1/2}z^{1/2}} \rightarrow \frac{x^3 y \sqrt{7y}}{2 \sqrt{2z}} \rightarrow \frac{x^3y \sqrt{7y*2z}}{2} \rightarrow \frac{x^3y \sqrt{14yz}}{2}\]
the 4z under would be odd

2 * sqrt(2z) * sqrt(2z) = 2*2z = 4z lol
