thats if we are taking derivative with respect to x
normally that is so
but x could be a function of something and whatever it is a function of we may be taking derivative with repsect to that
so we could say derivative of x^n with repsect to whatever x is a function of
is nx^(n-1)*x'
this actually call the chain rule instead of the power rule
which they are basically the same because the derivative of x with respect to x is 1
