we can apply as all the organic reactions will be happenning all the way in every living organism, hence a new branch called biochemistry( a blend of chemistry and biology) .

Yeah biochemistry is the way. C,H,O and N are present in every organism, together plus other elements they make proteins, carbohidrates, lipids, they form the DNA, the muscles, the organs, the little chemical reactions happening in the body regulate other bigger stuff like breathing, digesting, contracting the muscles, the transmission of nervious impulses, even drugs and medicine often work on a molecular level, some antibiotics/antiparasitics block the transfer of electrons inside a bacteria, killing it. I think that you can appply reactions mechanist for explain changes in the estuctures organics for example: the unfolding of proteins and other fenomenos. ohhh don't forget that the biology is named the "chemistry biggest!!!
