y-y1 =m(x-x1)

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

m is the slope y2 is your second y point and y 1 is your first and the same goes for the x values hope that helps

You can use y=mx+b, but you will need to know the x and y co-ordinates, and the y-intercept.
