ACB is an isosceles triangle. ÐACB = 58°. Which of the pairs shown could be the measures of the other two angles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Without knowing the pairs, all the angles of a triangle must add up to be 180 degrees. Also, for an isosceles, two of the angles must be the same. In other words, you could have 58,58, and 64. Or 58,61,61.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so they are two of the same measurements?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Both of those sets have two equivalent angles and add up to 180 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, in an isosceles triangle two of the angles must read the same measurement. No problem :)
