OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = 4 is a horizontal line crossing the y - axis at 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x = 6 is a vertical line crossing the x - axis at 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i assume the last one is \[y=4-\frac{4}{3}x\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this crosses the y - axis at 4, but if you want to graph it you should plot some other points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

fro example if x = 3 then y = 0 so you can plot the points (3, 0) and (0,4) and connect the dots

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is the whole question : a park is bounded on the grid below by the lines y=4,x=6 and y=4-4/3x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok well do you have the figure drawn?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

draw the park a graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk how? help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then find the inequality for the park

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = 4 is a horizontal line crossing the y - axis at 4 x = 6 is a vertical line crossing the x - axis at 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

aahh an inequality for the bounded region. well you see from the picture that y , 4 yes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and x < 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and they both have to be above the line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uha and....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the equation is .....
