before u write about any topic do some research about that that...while doing your research observe the sentence formations,use of punctuation,spellings,formation of sentences..then start to inculcate all these elements in your writing..

Twenty Suggestions

1. Before you begin writing, identify what you want the audience to do, know, and feel during and after reading your work.
2. Know you audience. What is their bias? What are their limitations in time, commitment, understanding, and interest?
3. Writing is teaching. Know more that you teach. You need to know more about your topic that you write.
4. If English is your primary language, don’t use a Thesaurus. There is no need to be verbose.
5. Less is more. Make each word count. Make every word tell.
6. Avoid excessive use of acronyms. Use acronyms that help the reader rather than acronyms that please the author. If a reader stops to attempt to figure out the meaning of an acronym the acronym is out of place.
7. Text messaging language is for text messaging only.
8. If you can say a word but do not know how to spell the word, use the audio search function on Google.com. The words you speak will appear on the search field. This feature works with the Google Chrome only.
9. When asking for help be specific.
10. If you are in school, follow every guideline you have received from your current instructors. They may not know what they are talking about but they give the grade.
11. Do not write anything that would cause you shame if it appeared on the front page of a newspaper.
12. Avoid anonymity in writing online, unless you live in a nation where the only way you can write online is anonymously. Hundreds of millions of adults and children say anonymously what they would not dare to say under their real name. They write cruel and foolish words they do not claim as their own.
13. Do not plagiarize. Always quote or identify your sources. Better to quote an entire paragraph than to plagiarize a single line.
14. Write daily. Write in a journal, post comments to a blog, or write down your thoughts on a sheet of paper. The more you time you spend articulating your ideas the better they will flow when it is time to write for a larger audience.
15. When receiving feedback. Do not accept “it was good” or “I liked it.” You deserve more. What did the reader like? What part was good? What did they learn? What needs to be improved?
16. Read the most recent edition of "The Manual of Style" by Strunk and White. It's brief, affordable, and a classic.
17. Read what you have written aloud before printing, posting, or sending. This can help you catch errors your eyes may have missed.
18. Submit short pieces for publication. Editors will give you feedback.
19. Know that not everyone will enjoy what you write nor will everyone find it interesting.
20. Do not accept advice from strangers in a public forum unless their advice makes sense and it does not contradict other information you know to be true.
