I think this is true. Call the angles alpha beta and gamma. If we draw the altitude from beta we split beta into two angles, 90-alpha and 90-gamma. if the altitude was the same as the angle bisector that would mean 90-alpha=90-gamma, so alpha and gamma are equal which means your triangle is not scalene
