What sentence uses specific language? The landlord says we must pay an extra deposit because we have all these pets. Mrs. Ramirez requires a pass from the office if we are five or more minutes late to class. If we all pitch in and buy several items from the concession stand, we can share everything. Sometime today I have chores to do, several quizzes to take, and other activities.
4 or 5 minutes is exacting; the rest are wishy washy
I can't seem to find an equation.
I know its the wrong damn place, nobody is where it should be
I agree with amiste64, it's the second sentence.
yep!
i can tell cause my kids dont use 'specific' language :)
It's the last one...
lol ...
it's not; "sometime today" isn't very specific.
Are u sure its the last one?
........ you get what you deserve I spose ;)
it isn't. "Sometime today" leaves you with a 24 hour window- no specificity there.
It's specific language.
It's the last one -.-
k
wrong. again, "sometime" is very vague. In terms of language, it's no different from the other sentences. The second sentence differs in the fact that it is >>specific<< in what and when.
There's an error in 2nd sentence..I've had this problem before on a paper..it's the last one
spot the error then
because, " theres an error there" aint being specific :)
