OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol yes get your 5 a day!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea thanks.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

'Eliot ate none of the vegetables at dinner' is not a correct negation of the statement, fyi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have already given the ans eliot did not eat any of the vegetables at dinner

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Harikirat: that is NOT correct The right answers is, imho this statement: 'Eliot dind't eat at least on vegetable at dinner'

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i do not agree with this because it implies that he ate at least one vegetable which does not fit the given statement that says "ate all the vegetables"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You should learn what a negation is.....there are rules for negating statements. To make it more comprehensible, let's rephrase the statement like this: For every vegetable at dinner, it is true that eliot ate it. Now the negation is obviously, There was at least one vegetable Eliot didn't eat
