given y=log in a base 2 of (x-2). 1. Write the equation in exponential form, and sketch its graph by plotting a few points. 2.Now inverse the function to get the graph of the original function. what should i do step by step?

FOR QUESTION 1. first: you have to convert the logarithmic eq in exponential form. x - 2 = y^2 next: graph the equation. this is a parabola that opens to the right. to graph, assign values of x, then solve for using the equation. example, x = 6. your Y will be positive and negative 2. so you already have two coordinates, (6,2) and (6,-2). I suggest you assign values of x as 2, 3 and 6 as already given.
