$$y=x^{\frac{7}{3}}-2x^\frac{-2}{3}$$
just use power rule
$$y'=\frac{7}{3}x^{\frac{7}{3}-1}-2*\frac{-2}{3}x^{\frac{-2}{3}-1}$$
