Math is probably the simplest, for me I find it easiest to create practice problems for myself if I want to drill a concept into my head so I won't forget
So for example if I wanted to practice polynomial factoring, I would just search up a bunch of practice problems or create them myself, and then factor over and over and over. Then I would check my work in desmos to make sure that the two expressions are the same thing.
Basically, just use other examples of the concept you know is going to be on the test, and keep doing them until you can do it reliably without even having to use a calculator to check your work
