Break down the terms Biceps Triceps (I understand the Bi- and Tri- prefix but not the endings)

It means head. The bicep, tricep and quadricep are considered two, three, and four headed muscles, respectively.

I just learned that from my anatomy class. However, Wikipedia says that one head of the muscle is located on the coracoid process of the scapula and the supraglenoid tubercle. So I would assume the head of the muscle is where it originates on the body/

The "head" of a muscle is its origin (as opposed to its insertion). So, the biceps brachii has 2 heads (BI=2, CEPS=refers to head, BRACHII=of the arm) and the quadriceps has 4. The "belly" of the muscle is its main, thickest part, away from the tendons. The belly of the biceps is about midway down the humerus. The term biceps brachii is a Latin phrase meaning "two-headed [muscle] of the arm", in reference to the fact that the muscle consists of two bundles of muscle, each with its own origin, sharing a common insertion point near the elbow joint,
