Whats the best way to write a bibliography and the best way to cite my papers?

Depends on the style you were asked to cite your papers. If the teacher/lecturer has not given a journal style, then stick to the Harvard style. Should be easy to find on a search engine. Hope it helps? =)

Try a website called easybib.com, it takes websites, and autocites them, it has a library of books and magazines, that you can choose from that are already cited, or it can just show you what you need to fill in, and you find the information and put it in. It even has options for if you don't have all the information, so it's flexible enough to still make a decent looking citation.

As Evo has said, it depends on what Style you are writing in. Also, the best "way" would be to cite CONSISTENTLY and correctly in that style.

Choosing a Style depends on what subject or audience you are writing for:

MLA (for Modern Language Association) Style is most common, especially in scholastic settings. It is intended for Art/Humanities writing, and aims at quick concise papers - as humanities papers can be long in body.

IEEE (for Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Style is a widely accepted format for research papers, mostly of natural sciences and heavy number-wielding or report-wielding topics.

Harvard Style, that Evo mentioned, is basically what MLA evolved from. It is more wordy, but gives more information and is arguably more elegant. It originated in the field of biology, and has spread to some historical fields and sciences:
