OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the largest perfect square of 45?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

less than 45? if so it is 36

OpenStudy (anonymous):

question does not make sense as asked. you can ask "what is 45 squared" or "what is largest perfect square less than 45" but not "what is the largest prefect square of 45"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

me, i prefer 38. 45 too much kick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The question is: Find the largest perfect square of the number. 45

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

i dont get you.. the square of 45 is 2025....

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

but whats largest perfect????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the largest one? question makes no sense at all.

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

exactly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

needs more rum for sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just saying what the question is saying. Not my fault it doesn't make sense.

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

is the answer 2025?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

who wrote it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is part of my online hw. and the answer is not 2025

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

oh. I am quite sure the question is wrong.. you will have it corrected in class tomorrow i believe :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i will be willing to bet it means "less than 45" but who knows.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what does the picture have to do with the question?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

hehe

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Akshay do I know you?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

no.. i dont think so

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the material with which you are working with should provide you with some direction as to what it means to "determine the largest perfect square".

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

but will that matter?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

my assumption is that you would take the factors of 45 and see how they product up into a perfect square

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the largest perfect square factor of 45 in other words

OpenStudy (amistre64):

45 9.5 3.3.5; id assume its 9

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

amistre64 yes you may be right.. but rumsgone what topic was the question asked on?
