The Ambiguous Case of The Law of Sine: Find all solutions to the triangles: A=39 deg, a=41 ft, b=54 ft I have found the solutions B=54 deg, C= 88 deg, c= ft. But there is also ( B'= 126 deg, C' 16 deg, c=18 ft).......... I can not figure out where they got the answers in the parentheses from? Can anyone please explain?

it is easy................. the value of sinx =sin(180-x) u get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sinx=sin(180-x) and thats a fact

medal plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the second answer is dound by subtracting the first x from 180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That works for B' but not C'

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C' cant be 16 deg if ur answer is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is what the answer is in the back of the book...
