how to solve collinear points?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

collinear points are when two points are on the same line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[how would I find the length for QR\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it depends....... what sre the numbers for Q and R??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For u and v vectors, collinear means : u = k*v or v=k*u which means if M and N are points, OM = k*ON +A or ON=k*OM + A where 1 is a point And that means they are on the same line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

PT=20, QS=6, amd PQ=QR=RS; im just really confused on the concept of how to do it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you show us the figure ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can draw it

How to solve this?help me please... :For what value of x will the points (0,3) ,(1,4) and (2x) be collinear? Please give me the formula...
