are u traporting 27
OpenStudy (anonymous):
where are you getting 27?
OpenStudy (ksaimouli):
they asked to solve but u
OpenStudy (anonymous):
well in order to solve it you have to factor it
OpenStudy (anonymous):
now you set each one equal to 0 and solve

so it's x+7 = 0 and that answer is -7 by moving the 7 to the other side
OpenStudy (anonymous):
same with the other...answer is -3
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so your final answer is x = -7; x = -3
OpenStudy (anonymous):
x = (-b +- square root (b^2-4ac))/2a
(any good calculator has this formula built in)
x = 3 and 7. ie (x-3)(x-7). Since the product of these two numbers must be positive you have to have x < 3 (both values are negative) and x >7 (both values are positive).
so 3 > x > 7
OpenStudy (anonymous):
that's the quadratic formula that is used only when you can't factor an equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):
no u r wrong my answer is only correct
OpenStudy (anonymous):
lol..i'm not wrong...but okay...since you seem to know the answer already...really no point in asking here...good luck
