kid, you gotta practice these basics on your own or you will pay for it down the road. For #20, notice that the person added 4 to the top and bottom of the fraction, while it seems like a good idea to do so, it will not yield equivalent fractions. notice how 2/3 is not the same as 6/7. What the person should have done is multiplied both the numerator and denominator of 2/3 by 4, which would have yielded 8/12, which does indeed simplify to 2/3. Meaning 2/3 and 8/12 are equivalent fractions.
