Is the sentence: "I don't know for sure yet but I will eventually call my sister tonight" grammatically correct?

Not particularly. At the very least, there must be a comma before "but" because it separates two clauses. 

Also, "will" is a word of certainty, and you use it right after you say that you are uncertain. You could change that to "may."  

On top of that, the words "eventually" and "tonight" contradict each other time-wise. "Eventually" shows that you have no idea what time you will call her, and "tonight" shows that if you called her it would be at a set range of time. I would suggest eliminating the word "eventually." 

The wording could be stronger. Words and terms such as "for sure" and "eventually" sound weak.

I'd suggest trying to keep it a little more concise too:

        I'm not certain, but I will probably call my sister tonight.

Ha, you can even cut that in half: I might call my sister tonight.
