In order to divide radicals you must multiply by the conjugate to both numberator and denominator. Then you just foil it out.

2 + sqrt3 / 3 - sqrt2
multiply top and bottom by 3 + sqrt2 (3+ sqrt2 is called the conjugate of 3 - sqrt2)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
go back to the first one
sqrt2 / sqrt3 :
sqrt 2 = sqrt2 * sqrt 3 = sqrt (2*3) = sqrt 6
