Kelvin is for temperature. Mole is for mount of substance, as in the actual number of something. Candela is for brightness or luminosity.

The above is not completely correct. the SI units for mass is the kilogram, not the gram (note it is the SI unit of mass, not weight. Scientifically the two are different, as weight is actually a force, but in the everyday "normal" world, we interchange the two). The gram is just an SI derived unit, obtained by applying a proper scale factor.

The SI unit of volume is actually the cubic metre, not the litre. The litre is just a handy unit used for every day purposes. Again litre is an SI derived unit, obtained through applying a scale factor.

Also, you will note that there is no fundamental SI unit for volume. Volume is derived from length (typically length cubed). this is why it is cubic metres, as you are cubing the SI unit of length i.e.metres.
