What is the evidence that explains the earliest history of humans and the planet?

Hmm...good question. Are you asking for the earliest evidence of the planet existing or the earliest evidence of when/where humans came into being?

Evidence of when/where humans came into being

The evidence, basically, is a trail of remnants of that trace back to mid-East Africa. The remants range from bones, burial sites, paintings, tools, pottery and anything else that we consider "Stone Age" artifacts. The trail runs from South America, North America, over the Bering Strait land bridge into Asia, the Middle East and down into Africa. The trail from Europe simply goes from there down into Africa. The tribal cultures of the American continents aren't as old as the tribes of the European continent but they've all been traced back to African ancestry. The evidence historically has all been found and explained through archeology, that's why most of the human historical eras have titles like the Stone Age, the Bronze Age. What has been left behind has been what we've identified humans by. I'm in the process right now of working on behavioral history of humanity and human nature and will be going into further research on human/tribal origins. I'm hoping to find more evidence than just archeology to come to an understanding of what it means to be human, at our origins and in our own time. Hoping this is at least a start to work on an answer to your question.
