Does anyone know what inorganic chemical catalyst can be used to speed up the redox reaction of hydrogen peroxide?

Well, that's what I thought at first, but I have a feeling that isn't it. Could it be iodide? Or manganese dioxide?

Oh right, sorry I didn't see the "inorganic." manganese(IV) oxide and lead(lV) oxide both work. http://www.york.ac.uk/chemistry/schools/chemrev/projects/peroxide/
