I need wrte eqution ,period,amplitude,shift

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just use a graphing software, like gsp, and see what it's like!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use caculator?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

values for sinx (o,o) (pi/2,1) (pi,0) (3pi/2,-1) (2pi,0) values for cosx (0,1)(pi/2,0) (pi,-1)(3pi2,0) (2pi,1) now subtracts the corresponding y values you will get y=sinx-cosx (0,-1) (pi/2,1) (pi,1)(3pi/2,-1) (2pi,-1) you can see the patten that this function stays within max and min of 1 and -1 so amplitude is absolute value of that which is 1

how about period and vertical shift ?

nononononon. check this out: geometer's sketchpad. http://dynamicgeometry.com/
