I am authoring a chapter for a book (APA) and have two quotes that I would like to use. I have found them online and there are no pages to cite in my in text citations. How do I cite these in text given that I have directly quoted them?

Perhaps a footnote...

MLA style citation: In MLA style, start off your sentence with the author's name, says, and then quote what he/she said. You need to enter the page number of the text that you read in parenthesis, but if you don't have it you can just leave it out; instead just add the title of the text in parenthesis and enclose that in round brackets. Examples: 1. President Awesome says "Let's do this!" 2. With known author and page number: I find "Let's do this!" (Awesome 14) to be the best quote in presidential slogan history. (Note: You need to cite the text on a separate citation sheet-- the author, title, publication date, etc...) 3. With no known author and no page number and a title: I find "Let's do this!" ("Speech of Epic Proportions") (Then cite the text on a citation page)
