The centrioles are located in the centrosomes and play a role in cell division.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Centrioles are found in animal cells (but not plant cells) and help to organize microtubules to allow for efficient chromosomal separation during cell division. They serve as microtubule organizing centers during cell division, but are not readily identifiable when the cell is not undergoing division.
