An example of how the writer's "voice" or words show authority would be I am sure it would be better for you to live in Florida. You used to also talk about the fun you two had when she taught you how to cook. I have lots of new secrets, by the way!

B, in my opinion. A assumes authority but provides no actual voice or information to back up it's claim. C doesn't really do anything. B on the other hand demonstrates clear knowledge of the topic and context.

I am leaning toward choice A. The writer seems decisive, and in-the-know.

I think A, as it seems more imperative, while B seems wistful and not authoritarian, and C does't express any authority, only eagerness. I think :/ ........ i'm not sure

in a "im sure" makes it seem more in the know and confident, making it seem like they know it on good authority.

I'm going with A. "I'm sure..." is an authoritative statement.
