In a regular deck of 52 cards, Frederick experimented and found that there was a 1/3 chance of randomly selecting a card in a red suit. (There are four suits of 13 cards each. Two of the suits are red and two are black.) Would the theoretical probability be higher, lower, or equal to 1/3? It cannot be predicted.<---- i think its this one higher lower<----- or this 1 equal to

the theoretical probability of selecting a red suit is 1/2. Therefore, red suits were unlucky for Frederick and he only selected red suits 1/3 of the time. I think you can make a comparison and find that 1/2 > 1/3. :) Therefore, the theoretical probability is higher than 1/3. :))
