f(x)=(x√+9)−x−6 f(√2+6) Solve the function.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you need to rewrite the first part.... plug it in and work it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know but the radicals are messing me up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u help or no?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can if you clarify. is it sqrt(x)+9 or x+sqrt(9) or sqrt(x+9)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the second part. is it sqrt(2)+6 or sqrt(2+6)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(x)=(√x+9)−x−6 BOTH X & 9 ARE UNDER RADICAL f(√2+6) ONLY 2 IS UNDER RADICAL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

clear?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no need for caps, just needed clarification. f(x)=sqrt(x+9)-x-6 f(sqrt(2)+6)=sqrt(sqrt(2)+15)-sqrt(2) 2^(1/4)+15^(1/2)-2^(1/2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

didnt put it in CAPS to make it seem like an ahole or anything

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*like im being an ahole

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats not the answer btw :(
