Hey, I am asked to solve ln(y-5)-ln(4) = 3x + ln(x) for y in terms of x. Now what I did was use the rule of ln - ln, giving me ln((y-5)/4) = 3x+lnx, after that I rewrote it as e^ ln((y-5)/4) = e^(3x) + e^lnx, which I then rewrote as (y-5)/4 = e^3x + x, and then finally as y = 4e^3x + 4x + 5. However, I am told that this is wrong. Where did I mess up?
