^3√x^2*^4√x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

answer is (x)^(11/12)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt[3]{x^2} * \sqrt[4]{x}\] is the same as x^2/3 x x^1/4 = X^(2/3 + 1/4) = X ^(8/12 +3/12) = X^11/12 or \[\sqrt[12]{X^{11}} \]

Thanks

\[x ^{2/3}\times x ^{1/4}\] since you're multiplying, you add the exponents. make the denominators both 12 8/12+3/12=11/12 so x^11/12
