I have a question
and what might that be?
What does the cell membran do? the cell wall? cytoplasm? cloroplast? DNA? er? golgi body? lysosome? mitochondria? nucleus? organelle? vavoule? what are they are what do they do?
That's a lot to explain, lol... you can look up each of these and get a definition from your book (or the web)
well, i wouldnt really like if they were all in one spot, mabey you have a recommended site?
wikipedia will have all of this, and it will be accurate. most colleges will have microbiology pages with this stuff as well.
alright, thankyou very much, do you mind if i ask other questions also?
go for it
how do i remember domains?
I mean , the differences between archea, bacteria, and Eukarya
the only real way is to know that Eukarya all of eukaryotic cells, meaning they have a nucleus. Really, you're just going to have to memorize the differences :(
You can also try recapturing the history of life. Thus, you will get to know the main difference between eukarya and procaryotes. For example: because of their greater complexity, eukaryotes need membrane compartiments. Mitchondria are ancient procaryotes, devoured by eukarya and so on. Archaea are the "first attempt" of life to produce a higher evolved organism, so they have got some nice features. You get the idea?
uhm..
