Technically, yes, but I would ask my teacher to be sure she is OK with it.
That would be a risky move. If this is an exercise in which you are to demonstrate your knowledge of descriptive accounts, it would be better to detail an accessible subject so the instructor has something to which they can refer. If it's more of a creative writing class, you're probably ok as long as you use appropriate devices.
If you do, make sure you mention it's an imaginary object you are describing. Also, the word is spelled "allowed", not aloud. Aloud means "able to be heard".
Bugs that don't exist are the best kind of bug there is! What is your purpose in describing this non-bug (or anything you may choose to describe)? I'd read the assignment or supporting text carefully.to make sure your idea fits.
