you should use some trial and error at first starting from some number like 1 and then work until you find your first zero then what that is say it is 3 like said above that would mean (x-3) is a factor you would then use polynomial long division. Then take that answer and factor it. You may need to do the same steps again because it is 4th degree so you when you do the division you will get a 3rd degree polynomial which probably won't be easy to factor without trial and error again and then long division.
